What is the cost to rent the space?

What is the capacity of the event space?
The event venue will accommodate up to 290 people.
Can we bring our own drinks?
You may bring your own bottled water only. Soft drinks and alcoholic beverages are provided at the bar with an additional cost.
Are we able to decorate the room?
Absolutely!! We do allow decorations to be brought in but we do not allow confetti or glitter of any sort.
How late can my group be in the space?

I have a last minute event; how quickly do I need to reserve the event space?
We offer reservations on a first come first serve basis, so it is always better to call sooner rather than later. We always try to accommodate last minute reservations to the best of our ability.
When can we start decorating?
You may be able to decorate the event space the evening prior to or the morning of your event depending on availability. Please contact our event coordinator for details.
When can we tour/see the space?
Contact us to schedule an appointment! Our coordinator offers many different options for tours, including some nights and weekends.
Can we bring in our own liquor?
No. Outside alcohol is not permitted. However, if the requested liquor is available, we may be able to procure it for your event.
Do you require security to host a bar?
We provide our own security and bartender.
What is required to book a date?
A signed contract and a credit card, cash or check deposit is required to reserve a date.
How soon can we reserve a date?
We schedule venue reservations up to one year to the date of an event.
What is included in the room rental fee?
The room rental allows you a pre-coordinated number of hours in the event venue, a pre-coordinated time for set up/decoration (if requested), 24 round tables and chairs for guest seating and 18 rectangular tables for buffet style food service. Also included are a kitchen, refrigerator, oven/stove, ice machine, LCD projector, sound system and full bar option.
What do you have for a sound system? Speakers, microphones, etc.?
There is a sound system and also an LCD projector available. Call for further information.
